The organizers of California's Power Morphicon 5 convention announced on Tuesday that actors Yuuta Mochizuki, Seiju Umon, Reiko Chiba, Takumi Hashimoto, and Keiichi Wada will attend the event.
Yuuta Mochizuki starred as Tyranno Ranger in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, the series adapted into the Saban's first season of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. Mochizuki also starred as the titular Kamen Rider J, Akira Mimasaka in the Hana Yori Dango anime series, and as Tuxedo Mask in several of the Sailor Moon musical performances.
Seiju Umon starred as the Mammoth Ranger in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, and has appeared in films such as The Last Message and Taxi Driver no Suiri Nisshi 35.
Reiko Chiba starred as the Ptera Ranger in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, and was a singer in the J-Pop group Aurora Gonin Musume. She also played herself in Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture, and also played Nakoruru in Samurai Shodown: The Motion Picture. In the Samurai Shodown games, she voiced the character Cham Cham.
Takumi Hashimoto played the Tiger Ranger in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, and also provided the voice for King Ranger in the Chōriki Sentai Ohranger series. He also appeared in Denji Sentai Megaranger as a classmate of the Megarangers.
Keiichi Wada played Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star in Gosei Sentai Dairanger. He also played the first Kamen Rider Ryuki, Koichi Sakakibara.
Power Morphicon 5 will be held on August 12-14, 2016 at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, California.
Update: Although Power Morphicon 5's press release had stated that Keiichi Wada had played Akiba Red in the second season of Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger, it was Masato Wada who played the role. Thanks, DopeyDragon.
